About The Author

Krystle J. Bailey is a writer, speaker, and facilitator who creates space for women to come back to themselves—gently, honestly, and in their own time. Her work is rooted in the belief that love isn’t something we have to chase or prove, but something we learn to feel safe holding within ourselves.

Krystle first began sharing her voice through Skinny Jeans Dreams, where she opened up about her personal journey with body image, weight, and self-worth. With a kind of honesty that many women quietly carry but rarely say out loud, she spoke to the pressure to look a certain way, to be “enough,” and to feel at home in a body that often felt like it needed to change.

As the author of Nourish, Nurture, and ME Shaped Love, her writing meets women in the middle of their real lives—the messy, tender, in-between spaces where growth actually happens. She writes about self-worth, identity, and the slow, meaningful work of choosing yourself, not all at once, but in small, honest ways.

As a speaker and facilitator, Krystle is known for the way she holds space—with warmth, depth, and intention. She doesn’t speak at women; she speaks with them. Whether in workshops, circles, or on stage, she invites women into conversations that feel real, grounding, and deeply personal—where they can reconnect with their voice, their truth, and their own definition of love.

At the heart of everything Krystle creates is a simple truth:
you don’t have to become someone new to be loved—
you just have to come home to who you already are.

"If you're going to fall in love with someone's potential, make it your own."
